Gentler care for stone that marks easily
Marble and natural stone need a measured hand: we clean, inspect dull areas, and avoid aggressive handling.
Care depends on the stone and finish, including White marble, Black marble, Travertine, Polished granite.
- Dusting of floor surfaces prior to washing
- Gentle pH-neutral machine washing
- Wet extraction of cleaning residues
- Superficial machine polishing passes
- Manual wiping of baseboards and edges
Our Cleaning Process
Detailed dusting to remove abrasive sand particles from the floor.
Gentle machine wash using pH-neutral marble detergent.
Wet vacuuming of dirty water to prevent stone absorption.
Clear water rinse and immediate microfiber dry mopping.
Light machine buffing with soft pads to restore natural shine.
Applying a non-film forming protective surface care emulsion.

Expected Outcome
Deep-cleaned marble floors, free from accumulated dullness. The natural look of the stone is refreshed by soft buffing, and surfaces are protected from daily spills.
A measured clean for marble and natural stone
Marble reacts quickly to abrasive sand, acidic spills, and harsh detergents. We start by looking at the stone and its finish, then use pH-neutral products and soft pads to lift surface soil without treating it like ordinary tile.
After the visit, a dry microfibre mop and quick attention to coffee, juice, or vinegar spills help keep the surface in better condition. We bring the pads and products; water and electricity are needed for the on-site work.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is marble a delicate stone to clean?
Yes, marble is highly sensitive to acid cleaners (vinegar, lemon juice, standard tile cleaners). We only use pH-neutral products.
Can you remove lemon juice or vinegar etch marks?
Acid stains corrode the calcium in marble, etching the surface. Simple washing cannot remove them; it requires specialist resurfacing after inspection.
How long does a marble cleaning visit take?
The duration depends on the area, stone condition, stains, existing finish, furniture, and the treatment agreed after inspection.
Will the protective products make the floor slippery?
Any protective treatment is proposed only after assessing the stone and product compatibility. The expected finish and aftercare are explained before application.
